DHMC employs a full time quality manager, and part-time assistants to ensure our high standards are maintained on all Projects, and each individual job.
Tasks include –
• Meeting clients time frames, and expectations
• Staff appearance
• OSH compliance
• Quality workmanship
• Quality materials used
• Customer satisfaction achieved
• Specification followed
• Site cleanup at completion of work
Many of DHMC’s Contracts these days are Performance Based, and the need to meet K.P.I’s (key performance indicators), in order to achieve 100% results, is ongoing, and an essential part of everyday operations. It is independently audited on a two to three monthly regular basis.
